An exceptional experience. Staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The room was well decorated, view of the bay, clean. The bathroom had great water pressure and a make up mirror. Super comfy bed with two types of pillows. I ordered room service which was priced well. Food tasted amazing but wasn't as warm as I'd like.

What a fabulous place to stay. Rooms were very updated and spacious. Loved our room. Love the staff and the eating area. The whole place was amazing and if I go to Geelong again which I will I'll be staying here. Happy to meet Aussie jack the chef in the morning and had the privilege of meeting the owner who was such a great person ,was amazed to meet him.

1st August 2025, a lovely hotel with good service during check in, and the room was bigger then we expected. It was still looking new and it is clean.. Guess it is one of the newer hotels around. Breakfast was good too. Location was also excellent as we can walk towards the major attraction and shopping around. For those who require parking, do write to the hotel and reserve a lot as there are limited lots. It will cost AUD35 a night as of the above date.

Had a wonderful first time experience as a family of 4. Highly recommended for those with kids. Staff were lovely and on hand to answer questions and assist whenever needed. Location and onsite parking were great. Our room was spacious even for all 4 of us, and the showers were incredible! Will definitely return if in the area

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Geelong. Our room was located on one of the top floors and offered lovely views overlooking the vibrant city. The location was perfect. everything we needed was within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and the scenic waterfront, where we enjoyed a relaxing stroll by the ocean. The hotel staff were outstanding special thanks to Lalit, Karthik, and Czar for their warm hospitality and professionalism. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The breakfast spread was definitely a highlight of our stay. We were especially impressed with the friendly service provided by Aussie Jack and the restaurant team, who made each morning enjoyable. We also pre-booked the secure basement parking, which gave us peace of mind and made our arrival stress-free. Another standout feature was the pool on the first floor, where we spent some relaxing and enjoyable time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend Holiday Inn Geelong to anyone visiting or passing through the area.
