My friend and I just wanted a place to sleep for a single night. This suited that bill. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We didn't have the kindest neighbours, but that's luck of the draw, especially in a caravan park. The staff were lovely and accommodating when I rang and asked to change my cabin type. A thanks to Tammy who I think I spoke to every time. One major issue we had, which we discovered late in the evening. There was no hot water in our shower. I don't know why and I didn't get the opportunity to speak to a staff member about it. I wasn't all that fussed given our very early start to the morning. But it is something that needs to be addressed in either paperwork of just fixed. Overall it was a pleasant enough experience for me.

We stayed in the park for our graduation. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. Our check in was supposed to be at 2pm but we went there at 12pm as we had to get ready quickly, the staff were so accommodative in this situation and made sure our room was cleaned first so we could check in a bit early. The place is also very nice, the cabin room for 5 people was perfect for us. We would love to visit the place again.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the most pleasant accommodation we’ve stayed in. The cabin felt like it was on a lean, causing all the doors to swing closed on their own, which was quite frustrating. While the holiday park itself was very clean and well-maintained, the exterior of the cabins could use some attention — there was noticeable algae, dirt, cobwebs, and the windows were filthy (i swiped down on the window using a wipe and it was pure black). The main bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Sadly, we both experienced significant back pain and had to book chiropractor appointments when we returned home. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, and we really appreciated the kids’ activities. We received daily text message reminders about different activities, which was a great touch. I’m not sure if this was part of a school holiday program or something they offer year-round, but it definitely added to the experience for families. They also had a coffee van there- win win!

Rooms are good, service was excellent and the location is in a very handy location 🙂 Special thanks to Shannon. She put in an extra effort and left some birthday goodies for my daughter's Birthday. I appreciate that, you made the visit more memorable. Thank you 🙏

Great little caravan park to stay at prior to boarding the Spirit of Tasmania. Staff were really pleasant to deal with at check-in. Nice camp kitchen, clean toilets and hot showers. Great park for walks just across the road. Will stay here again.
