I received help when I required it, which was great. The room was cosy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The lotion and toothbrush and shaving kit was wonderful. Even though there was no milk supplied, the herbal teas were great. I got coffees in the cafes conveniently located which was great. Even though I couldn't get access to the TV, I read books I borrowed for the day from the library that's conveniently located next to the art gallery. The carpet wasn't cleaned properly and there was no hair conditioner. I made do with no window as I just needed a cosy room for the night which I got. I would stay here again. It was good that I was out of my comfort zone with no reception. It was much better than I thought it would be. I enjoyed my stay.

The room and the self-service check-in process were great. However, I was unaware of the nightclub nearby, and the constant thumping bass and noise from 11 pm to 7 am made it impossible to sleep. If you are a light sleeper or traveling with young kids, especially on weekends be very mindful!

parking very hard to come by, room was lovely, bed was comfortable, pillow was so soft, it almost felt like there was none. ensiute was updated, but, I love barn doors, but why would you put one that is made of frosted glass that sits opposite the toilet, so you could watch your partner have a number two, also there is a noise curfew on the rooms, but nobody told the nightclub attached that was still going when we had to leave a 6am the next morning

Inexpensive but good value for money. It's a boutique hotel with great in-room amenities right in the heart of Geelong. There is no parking on-site but a 24 hour parking station is only 2 blocks away. Walking distance to waterfront, restaurants and bars. Good for short stays or as a base to explore Surf Coast.

It's okay. Not great, not terrible. My room didn't have a window, but did have a skylight. This means the room wasn't overly dark at night when the light was off due to the light pollution. I did hear some doof doof one night I stayed, but it was fairly faint; my room was central in the hotel. It's in a decent-ish location otherwise - pretty central. I didn't get the check in message telling how to get into the building, but called and it was promptly sent. However, their whole digital check in/out isn't my thing. I'd rather talk to people.
